Founding Partner
Klaus Müllner
Klaus has held numerous Senior Executive positions with multinational companies inclusive of 10 years with IKEA Group and 5 years with Adidas.

Klaus has worked and resided in several countries including Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Sweden, Switzerland and Australia.
​
In 2002, Klaus established IKEA Turkey (Franchising) becoming a founding shareholder. Klaus held the role of Managing Director and was a Member of the IKEA Turkey Board.
​
In 2007, he established a partnership with the Ashmore Group, forming Ashmore Private Equity Turkey, focusing on growth investments and special situations.
In 2011, Klaus returned to Austria where he acquired and managed one of Austria’s major retailers.
Klaus has extensive experience in Retail acquisitions and transformation projects and is currently serving on several Boards.​​​​​​

Jeff Fardell
Jeff has a proven track record within the International Retail industry.
Launching his career with the Coles/Myer Department Store Group in his native Australia, Jeff’s career developed with the Brands Country Road and JeansWest before beginning a 10-year global journey with Nike Inc.
Jeff progressed from a Director of Nike Australia and New Zealand to Senior Vice President EMEA Apparel, based in the Netherlands before moving to Portland Oregon and Nike’s Global Headquarters as Senior Vice President, Global Apparel.
Jeff returned to the Netherlands as CEO of Mexx, a leading lifestyle Brand within the Liz Claiborne Group. He then held the role of CEO Conbipel, an Italian value retailer, for 10 years.
Currently a Senior Advisor focusing on Strategy, Brand positioning and development, restructuring and transformation based in Torino, Italy.
​Jeff has served as a member of several Boards.​
Manager
Lukas Müllner
Lukas’s professional background is rooted in Retail and Project Management, where he gained experience in various functions and managerial roles at companies such as IKEA, Forstinger, and Kapsch TrafficCom. He successfully steered business operations, managed retail teams and collaborated with multiple stakeholders.
Before beginning his career, Lukas completed his Bachelor’s in Business Administration at IE University in Madrid. He has a strong foundation in retail fundamentals, keen analytical skills and experience with modern IT solutions. Due to his diverse international upbringing, Lukas is fluent in English, German, Spanish, and Turkish.
Through his eagerness to understand and develop businesses, passion for data analysis and IT solutions, and ability to communicate effectively, Lukas brings value to Pedemontis clients with tailored, lasting solutions that reflect the company’s vision.​​
Office Assistant
Paola Galimberti
Experienced in office management, media analysis, and marketing communications, Paola has consistently demonstrated her ability to manage complex operations and communication strategies for leading brands in the automotive, technology, and mobility sectors.
During her seven-year tenure at Mediability, Paola reported to the CEO and managed a team responsible for media analysis and editorial projects, while also ensuring efficient office operations. She worked closely with both the Italian and international media, organizing high-profile events and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Her key clients included prominent brands such as Stellantis, Porsche, and Horizon Automotive.

Paola holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Languages and has earned certifications in digital marketing. Fluent in Italian, English, German, and French, she excels in both managing office environments and delivering tailored communication strategies across diverse markets.​​​​​​

Giuseppe Fumelli
Giuseppe Fumelli built a distinguished career in the logistics industry, holding several key positions at multinational companies.

His journey began at Danzas/DHL, where he honed his skills in operations and sales before transitioning to lead the Controlling Department for over seven years.
​
Subsequently, he spent seven years at Contship Italia Group as the Director of Controlling, where he played a significant role in Corporate Affairs and spearheaded strategic initiatives.

Now, as an independent consultant, Giuseppe, leverages his expertise in strategic development, financial controlling, business transformation, process optimization, and restructuring to deliver tailored solutions for our clients, drawing on his extensive experience and strategic vision in the industry.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
